Registration is open for Tai Chi 1 beginning in September
The Livingston County Office for the Aging has opened registration for Fall 2025 Tai Chi Classes. These low impact classes are designed to improve balance, strength and endurance while boosting your mood and reducing joint stiffness and pain.
