Silver Sneakers senior fitness classes. Senior Fitness classes every Monday and Wednesday with our friendly and fun instructor. Free for Medicare recipients also covered by Excellus, MVP, Aetna and other health plans. Now is the time to get our and move to chase the winter doldrums away and be ready for spring!
