Fingerlakes Trail Treks

Introducing a series of  moderate to difficult level outings for those who enjoy the thrill of a more exploratory nature hike. We will enjoy the length of the Letchworth branch of the Finger Lakes Trail over the span of six hikes.

Spectacular views of the park and Genesee River await you. Sturdy

footwear, a packed lunch and drink are all recommended. Will carpool.

St. Helena Section - Thursday, October 16th, 10:00am-2:00pm

Meet at Sycamore Trailhead (Trail #22) (42.640302,-77.958032).Difficult. (3.5 miles)

Gardeau Section - Thursday, October 23rd, 10:00am-4:00pmMeet at Bear Hollow Trailhead (Trail #16) (42.670096. -77.935451). Difficult. (6 miles)

Powerline Section - Wednesday, October 29th, 10:00am-2:00pm

Meet at Powerline Trailhead (Trail #21) (42.682367,-77.924787). Moderate. (3 miles)

Highbanks Canyon Section -

Wednesday, November 5th, 10:00am-3:00pm. Meet at overlook off of

Visitor Center Rd, the entrance road to the Mount Morris Dam and

Recreation Area. (42.722033,-77.912184). Moderate. (4.5 miles)
